ﻟﻮﻗﺎ 11:1 ~ Luke 11:1

و َكانَ يَسُوعُ يُصَلِّي فِي مَكانٍ ما. وَلَمّا انتَهَى مِنَ الصَّلاةِ، قالَ لَهُ واحِدٌ مِنْ تَلامِيذِهِ: «عَلِّمْنا أنْ نُصَلِّي يا رَبُّ، كَما عَلَّمَ يُوحَنّا المَعْمَدانُ تَلامِيذَهُ.»

It happened that while Jesus was praying in a certain place, after He had finished, one of His disciples said to Him, “Lord, teach us to pray just as John also taught his disciples.”
