ف َتَمَّ اختِيارُهُ بِالقُرعَةِ، حَسَبَ العادَةِ المُتَّبَعَةِ لَدَى الكَهَنَةِ، لِلدُّخُولِ إلَى هَيكَلِ الرَّبِّ وَتَقدِيمِ البَخُورِ.
