ف َجاءَتِ الفَتاةُ إلَى المَلِكِ وَقالَتْ لَهُ: «أُرِيدُ أنْ تُعطِيَنِي الآنَ رَأسَ يُوحَنّا المَعمَدانِ عَلَى طَبَقٍ.»

At once the girl went to Herod. She said, “I want you to give me the head of John the Baptist on a plate now.”
