ف َقالوا: «مُوسَى سَمَحَ لَلرَّجُلِ بِأنْ يُطَلِّقَ زَوجَتَهُ بَعْدَ أنْ يُعطِيَها وَثيقَةَ طَلاقٍ.

They said, “Moses allowed a man to divorce his wife, if he put it in writing and gave it to her.”
