أ مّا أنا فَأقُولُ لَكُمْ: إنَّ كُلَّ مَنْ نَظَرَ إلَى امْرأةٍ لِيَشتَهيَها، فَقَدْ زَنَى بِها فِي قَلبِهِ.

But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
