ا سْهَرُوا وَصَلُّوا لِكَي لا تُجَرَّبُوا. رُوحُكُمْ تَسعَى إلَى ذَلِكَ، أمّا جَسَدُكُمْ فَضَعِيفٌ.»

Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.
