ل ِأنَّهُ إنْ كانَ أحَدٌ يُقسِمُ بِالمَذبَحِ، فَإنَّهُ يُقسِمُ بِهِ وَبِكُلِّ ماَ عَلَيهِ.

Therefore he who swears by the altar, swears by it and by all things on it.
