و َقالَ: «ارحَمِ ابنِي، يا رَبُّ، فَهُوَ مُصابٌ بِالصَّرَعِ وَيَتَألَّمُ بِشِدَّةٍ. وَكَثِيراً ما يَقَعُ فِي النّارِ أوْ الماءِ.

Lord, have mercy on my son: for he is lunatick, and sore vexed: for ofttimes he falleth into the fire, and oft into the water.
