ف َمَنْ يُرِيدُ أنْ يُخَلِّصَ حَياتَهُ، سَيَخسَرُها. أمّا مَنْ يَخسَرُ حَياتَهُ مِنْ أجلِي، فَسَيُجِدُها.

For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it; but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.
