ف َهِيرُودُسُ هُوَ الَّذِي قَبَضَ عَلَى يُوحَنّا وَوَضَعَهُ فِي السِّجنِ، وَهَذا بِسَبَبِ هِيرُودِيّا زَوجَةِ أخِيهِ فِيلِبُّسَ،

For Herod had laid hold on John, and bound him, and put him in prison for the sake of Herodias, his brother Philip's wife.
