ف َليُحْضِرِ الرَّجُلُ زَوجَتَهُ إلَى الكاهِنِ، وَيُحضِرْ مَعَهُ تَقْدِمَتَها المَطلُوبَةَ: عُشْرَ قُفَّةٍ مِنْ طَحِينِ الشَّعِيرِ. لا يُسْكَبُ عَلَى الطَّحِينِ زَيتٌ، وَلا يُوضَعُ بَخُورٌ فَوقَهُ. لأنَّ هَذِهِ تَقدِمَةُ شَكٍّ، لِبَيانِ الاتِّهامِ وَالتَّذكِيرِ بِهِ.
Then shall the man bring his wife to the priest, and he shall bring the offering required of her, a tenth of an ephah of barley meal; but he shall pour no oil upon it nor put frankincense on it, for it is a cereal offering of jealousy and suspicion, a memorial offering bringing iniquity to remembrance.
