ﺍﻟﻌﺪﺩ 35:31 ~ Numbers 35:31

« لا تَقبَلُوا فِدْيَةً عَنْ حَياةِ القاتِلِ المَحكُومِ عَلَيهِ بِالمَوْتِ، لأنَّهُ يَنبَغِي أنْ يُقتَلَ.

You must not take pay to save the life of a killer who is guilty of death. But he must be put to death.
