و َأخبَرَ اللهُ بَلعامَ بِما يَنْبَغِي أنْ يَقُولَهُ. وَقالَ اللهُ لَهُ: «ارجِعْ إلَى بالاقَ وَقُلْ لَهُ كَذا وَكَذا.»

And the LORD put a word in Balaam’s mouth and said, Return unto Balak, and thus thou shalt speak.
