« وَأمّا مَنْ يَرتَكِبُ خَطِيَّةً عَنْ قَصدٍ، وَطَنِيّاً كانَ أمْ أجْنبِيّاً، فَإنَّهُ يُهِينُ اللهَ وَيَنبَغِي أنْ يُقطَعَ مِنَ وَسَطِ الشَّعبِ.
