و َتَمَّ إحصاءُ نَسلِ يَسّاكَرَ بِحَسَبِ عَشائِرِهِمْ وَعائِلاتِهِمْ. وَتَمَّ تَسْجيلُ اسْمِ كُلِّ ذَكَرٍ بَلَغَ عِشرِينَ سَنَةً أوْ أكثَرَ، كُلَّ مُؤهَّلٍ لِلخِدمَةِ فِي الجَيشِ.
