ﺣﺒﻘﻮﻕ 1:7 ~ Habakkuk 1:7

إ نَّها مُخِيفَةٌ وَمُرعِبَةٌ. وَمِقياسُ عَدالَتِها وَشَرَفِها يَتَغيَّرُ وَفْقاً لِمَصلَحَتِها.

They are terrible and dreadful: their judgment and their dignity shall proceed of themselves.
