ﺍﻟﻼﻭﻳﻲ 4:17 ~ Leviticus 4:17

و َيَغْمِسُ الكاهِنُ إصبَعَهُ فِي الدَّمِ، وَيَرُشُّ مِنهُ سَبعَ مَرّاتٍ فِي حَضرَةِ اللهِ ، مُقابِلَ سِتارَةِ قُدسِ الأقداسِ.

and the priest shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle it seven times before the Lord, in front of the veil.
