ﺍﻟﻼﻭﻳﻲ 27:8 ~ Leviticus 27:8

و َإنْ كانَ الَّذِي نَذَرَ أفقَرَ مِنْ أنْ يَدفَعَ الثَّمَنَ المُقابِلَ لَهُ، فَلْيُحْضِرْ نَذْرَهُ أمامَ الكاهِنِ. فَيُقَدِّرُ الكاهِنُ الثَّمَنَ مَعَ أخْذِ حالَةِ الَّذِي نَذَرَ بِعَيْنِ الاعْتِبارِ. تقدماتٌ أُخرى

But if he is poorer than your valuation, then he shall be placed before the priest and the priest shall value him; according to the means of the one who vowed, the priest shall value him.
