ف َإنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ قَرِيبٌ لِيَشتَرِيَها، لَكِنَّهُ استَطاعَ الحُصُولَ عَلَى ما يَكفِي مِنَ المالِ لِاستِعادَةِ أرْضِهِ،
