ه َذِهِ شَرِيعَةٌ واحِدَةٌ لِجَمِيعِكُمْ، لِلغَرِيبِ وَلِلمُواطِنِ، أنا إلَهُكُمْ.»

Ye shall have one manner of law, as well for the stranger, as for one of your own country: for I am the Lord your God.
