ﺍﻟﻼﻭﻳﻲ 17:4 ~ Leviticus 17:4

و َلَمْ يُحضِرْهُ إلَى مَدخَلِ خَيمَةِ الاجْتِماعِ لِيُقَدِّمَهُ ذَبِيحَةً للهِ أمامَ مَسْكَنِ اللهِ المُقَدَّسِ، يُعتَبَرُ مُذنِباً، لِأنَّهُ سَفَكَ دَماً، وَيُبادُ مِنَ الشَّعبِ.

and has not brought it to the door of the meeting tent to give it to the Lord, he will be guilty for that blood, and will not be among God’s people.
