ﺍﻟﻼﻭﻳﻲ 16:8 ~ Leviticus 16:8

و َيُلقِيَ هارُونُ قُرعَتَينِ عَلَى التَّيسَينِ: القُرعَةَ الأُولَى للهِ ، وَالقُرعَةَ الثَّانِيَةَ لِعَزازِيلَ.

And Aaron shall cast lots upon the two he goats, one lot for the LORD and the other lot for Azazel.
