ﺩﺍﻧﻴﺎﻝ 7:24 ~ Daniel 7:24

و َتُمَثِّلُ قُرُونُهُ العَشرُ عَشْرَةَ مُلُوكٍ سَيَحكُمُونَ تِلكَ المَملَكَةِ. وَسَيَقُومُ بَعدَهُمْ مَلِكٌ مُختَلِفٌ عَنِ المُلُوكِ السّابِقِينَ، وَسَيَخلَعُ ثَلاثَةَ مُلُوكٍ.

The ten horns are ten kings who will come from this nation. And another will come after them who will be different from the ones before. He will put three kings under his power.
