ل َكِنْ حَتَّى إنْ لَمْ يُنقِذْنا، فَليَكُنْ مَعلُوماً لَدَيكَ أيُّها المَلِكُ بِأنَّنا لَنْ نَعْبُدَ آلِهَتَكَ ساجِدِينَ لِتِمثالِ الذَّهَبَ الَّذِي نَصَبتَهُ.»

But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image that thou hast set up.
