ه ُوَ يُغَيِّرُ الأوقاتَ وَالمَواسِمَ! يَعزِلُ مُلُوكاً وَيُنَصِّبُ مُلُوكاً آخَرِينَ. يُعطِي الحِكْمَةَ لِلحُكَماءِ، وَالفَهْمَ لِلفُهَماءِ،
