ث ُمَّ سَيَقُومُ مَلِكٌ يَحكُمُ امبَرَطُورِيَّةً قَوِيَّةً جِدّاً وَيَعمَلُ ما يُرِيدُ.

And a mighty king shall stand up that shall rule with great dominion, and do according to his will.
