ه َذا هُوَ ما يَقُولُهُ الرَّبُّ الإلَهُ: «قالَتْ مُوآبُ وَسَعِيرُ: ‹ها إنَّ بَيتَ يَهُوذا مِثلُ الأُمَمِ الأُخرَى، وَلا يَختَلِفُ عَنها.›
