ك َوِّمِ الخَشَبَ، وَأشعِلِ النّارَ وَاطبُخْ عَلَيها اللَّحمَ حَتَّى يَنضُجَ. تَبِّلهُ بِالتَّوابِلِ، وَأحرَقِ العِظامَ.
