ق ُلْ لَهُمْ: ‹يَقُولُ الرّبُّ الإلَهُ: هَذِهِ رِسالَةٌ إلَى حاكِمِ القُدْسِ، وَإلَى كُلَّ بَني إسْرائِيلَ السّاكِنينَ فِيها.

Say thou unto them, Thus hath the Lord GOD said: This burden concerns the prince in Jerusalem and all the house of Israel that are among them.
