ه ا سَيفٌ مَرفُوعٌ عَلَى البابِلِيِّينَ، يَقُولُ اللهُ. عَلَى جَمِيعِ سُكّانِ بابِلَ، وَعَلَى رُؤَسائِها وَحُكَمائِها.
