ﺃﺭﻣﻴﺎء 50:29 ~ Jeremiah 50:29

« ادعُوا الضّارِبِينَ بِالسِّهامِ إلَى بابِلَ، ادعُوا كُلَّ الَّذِينَ يَشُدُّونَ القَوسَ. خَيِّمُوا حَولَها، وَلا تَسمَحُوا بِأنْ يَكُونَ هُناكَ ناجٍ واحِدٌ. كافِئُوها عَلَى أعمالِها بِما تَستَحِقُّ. اصنَعُوا بِها كَما صَنَعَتْ بِالآخَرِينَ. لأنَّها تَعَجرَفَتْ عَلَى اللهِ ، عَلَى قُدُّوسِ إسْرائِيلَ.

Call together archers against Babylon, all those who bend the bow. Encamp against her round about; let none from there escape. Recompense her according to her deeds; just as she has done, do to her. For against the Lord, against the Holy One of Israel, has she been proudly defiant and presumptuous.
