ف ِي ذَلِكَ الوَقتِ، سَيُقالُ لِذَلِكَ الشَّعبِ وَلِلقُدسِ: «رِيحٌ لافِحَةٌ مِنَ الهِضابِ الجَرْداءِ سَتَأتِي عَلَى شَعبِيَ العَزِيزِ، لا لِلتَّشتِيتِ وَلا لِلتَّطهِيرِ.
