ﺃﺭﻣﻴﺎء 35:15 ~ Jeremiah 35:15

أ رسَلتُ إلَيكُمْ خُدّامِي الأنبِياءَ واحِداً بَعدَ الآخَرِ، وَقُلْتُ: ‹ارجِعُوا جَميعاً عَنْ طُرُقِكُمُ الشِّرِّيرَةِ وَأصلِحُوا أعمالَكُمْ، وَلا تَذهَبُوا وَراءَ آلِهَةٍ أُخْرَى لِتَخدِمُوها. حِينَئِذٍ، تَستَقِرُّونَ فِي الأرْضِ الَّتِي أعطَيتُها لَكُمْ وَلآبائِكُمْ. لَكِنَّكُمْ لَمْ تَفتَحُوا آذانَكُمْ وَتُطيعُونِي.

I have sent also to you all My servants the prophets earnestly and persistently, saying, Return now every man from his evil way and amend your doings and go not after other gods to serve them; and then you shall dwell in the land which I have given to you and to your fathers. But you did not submit and consent to Me or listen to and obey Me.
