ث ُمَّ أخَذتُ صَكَّ البَيعِ، الَّذِي يَشمَلُ النُّسخَةَ المَختُومَةَ وَالمُحتَوِيَةَ لِلشُّرُوطِ، وَكَذَلِكَ النُّسخَةُ غَيرُ المَختُومَةِ،
