ه َذا هُوَ ما يَقُولُهُ اللهُ القَدِيرُ، إلَهُ إسْرائِيلَ: «أرسَلْتَ رَسائِلَ بِاسمِكَ إلَى كُلِّ الشَّعبِ الَّذِي فِي مَدينَةِ القُدْسِ، وَلِصَفَنْيا بْنِ مَعَسِيّا الكاهِنِ، وَإلَى كُلِّ الكَهَنَةِ الآخَرِينَ قُلْتَ فِيها:
