ف َقُلْتُ: «إلَى مَتَى يا رَبُّ أعلِنُ هَذا؟» فَقالَ: «إلَى أنْ تُدَمَّرَ المُدُنُ، وَلا يَبقَى فِيها ساكِنٌ. وَإلَى أنْ تُصبِحَ البُيُوتُ بِلا ساكِنٍ، وَتُخرَبَ الأرْضُ وَتُصبِحَ فارِغَةً.»

And I say, `Till when, O Lord?' And He saith, `Surely till cities have been wasted without inhabitant, And houses without man, And the ground be wasted -- a desolation,
