ﺃﺷﻌﻴﺎء 40:2 ~ Isaiah 40:2

ت َكَلَّمُوا بِكَلامٍ لَطِيفِ إلَى شَعبِ مَدينَةِ القُدْسِ، أخبِرُوهُمْ بِأنَّ زَمَنَ خِدمَتِهِمْ القاسِيَةِ قَدِ اكتَمَلَ، وَبِأنَّ أُجْرَةَ خَطاياهُمْ قَدْ دُفِعَتْ، وَأنَّ اللهَ قَدْ جازاهُمْ بِيَدِهِ جَزاءً مُضاعَفاً عَلَى كُلِّ خَطاياهُمْ.»

“Speak kind words to Jerusalem. Call out to her that her time of war has ended, that her sin has been taken away, and that she has received from the Lord’s hand twice as much for all her sins.”
