ل أَنَّهُ بِشِفاهٍ مُتَلَعثِمَةٍ وَبِلُغَاتٍ أجنَبِيَّةٍ سَأُكَلِّمُ هَذا الشَّعبَ.

for with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people.
