ي َرفَعُونَ أصواتَهُمْ، يَتَرَنَّمُونَ بِعَظَمَةِ اللهِ: «اهتِفُوا مِنَ الغَربِ،

These shall lift up their voice. They will shout for the majesty of Yahweh. They cry aloud from the sea.
