ل َنْ يَستَطِيعَ أحَدٌ عَمَلَ شَيءٍ لأجلِ مِصرَ، لا الرَّأسُ وَلا الذَّنَبُ، لا الأغصانُ وَلا الجِذعُ.

Neither can any work accomplish anything for Egypt, whether by head or tail, palm branch or rush.
