ص َعِدَ الشَّعبُ إلَى دِيبُونَ، إلَى المُرتَفَعاتِ لِلبُكاءِ. يُوَلْوِلُ شَعبُ مُوآبَ عَلَى نَبُو وَمَيْدَبا. كُلُّ الرُّؤُوسِ قَرعاءُ، وَاللِّحَى مَحلُوقَةٌ.
