أ يُّها الجُهَلاءُ، تَعَلَّمُوا حُسْنَ التَّدبِيرِ، وَيا أيُّها الأغبِياءُ، تَعَلَّمُوا الفَهمَ.

O ye simple, understand wisdom: and, ye fools, be ye of an understanding heart.
