ن َجِّ نَفسَكَ كَما يُنَجِّي الغَزالُ نَفسَهُ مِنَ الصَّيّادِ، وَالعُصفُورُ مِنَ الفَخِّ.

Deliver yourself, as a roe or gazelle from the hand of the hunter, and as a bird from the hand of the fowler.
