ا لفَسادُ فِي عَقلِهِ، وَهَوَ يُخَطِّطُ لِلشَّرِّ، وَيَزرَعُ الخِصامَ دائِماً.

He always plans to do sinful things because of his sinful heart. He causes arguing among people.
