ل َيسَ جَيِّداً يا لَمُوئِيلُ، لِلمُلُوكِ وَالحُكّامِ أنْ يَشرَبُوا الخَمْرَ وَالمُسكِراتِ.

It is not for kings, Lemuel, it is not for kings to drink wine, nor for rulers, Where is the strong drink?
