ل ا تُخَطِّطْ بِعَمَلِ الشَّرَّ لِصاحِبِكَ الَّذِي يَسكُنُ آمِناً بِجِوارِكَ.

Do not devise evil against thy neighbour, seeing he dwells securely by thee.
