ا لمَلِكُ الَّذِي يَحكُمُ بِالعَدلِ يُثَبِّتُ دَولَتَهُ، أمّا المَلِكُ الَّذِي يُحِبُّ الهَدايا فَسَيُدَمَّرُها.

A king by just judgment establisheth the land; but he that taketh gifts overthroweth it.
