ﺃﻣﺜﺎﻝ 29:2 ~ Proverbs 29:2

ي َفرَحُ النّاسُ عِندَما يَزْدادُ الأبرارُ، وَلَكِنَّهُمْ يَنُوحُونَ وَيَئِنُّونَ إذا حَكَمَهُمُ الأشرارُ.

When the righteous are increased, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man beareth rule, the people sigh.
