ﺃﻣﺜﺎﻝ 28:4 ~ Proverbs 28:4

ا لَّذِينَ لا يَخضَعُونَ لِلقَوانِينِ يُدافِعُونَ عَنِ الشَّرِّ، أمّا الَّذِينَ يَخضَعُونَ لِلقَوانِينِ فَيُقاوِمُونَ الشَّرَّ.

Those who forsake the law praise the wicked; but those who keep the law contend with them.
