ﺃﻣﺜﺎﻝ 28:2 ~ Proverbs 28:2

ا لشَّعبُ المُتَمَرِّدُ يَحكُمُهُ كَثِيرُونَ، أمّا الحاكِمُ الفَطِنُ فَيُحافِظُ عَلَى استِقْرارِ بَلَدِهِ.

By the transgression of a land many are the princes thereof; but by a man of understanding of knowledge, stability is prolonged.
